Everything worked fine at first. I only used it occasionally as I carried it with my camera bag. I used it the other day and it only works with USB 2.0 ports. Not at all on USB 3.0 ports. Tried on many USB 3.0 ports and several PCs. Tried other card readers, everything works. Contacted technical support, which requires creating an account and providing information about the date of purchase. After several email exchanges, I was contacted by phone from tech support. They are asking me to try another flash card as it might be a compatibility issue with my particular card (Wintec Professional Plus 128GB). While this might be useful debugging information for the Sabrent, what use is it to me? I only have one SDXC card and only need a reader. Anyway, after that round trip it asks for the date of purchase (which is already in the support ticket) and then tells me that the warranty has expired. So! I'm done with Sabrent. I would recommend Transcend as I have had the reader for a long time and it works great!
