This is the best way to keep my crickets hydrated! The original packaging is small/flat, easy to store. After soaking in water, they expand and crickets can easily suck water out of them so they can drink and not drown. No smell like other forms of cricket water/feed gel! Pillows can be rinsed to remove insects, soaked again and reused several times before needing to be thrown away. Depends on how many crickets I have and when they need to be changed! Plus, this method is a lot cheaper than pre-made gels and is great when you're busy or going away for a few days!
