Review on Klean Logik COMINHKPR40750 Headstone Cleaner by Tyler Hager

My parents died 25 years ago. They bought the headstone before my father died, so the headstone is at least twenty-six years old. As far as I know, no cleaning was done during this time. I go there several times a year and until recently I didn't realize that it needed cleaning: all of a sudden it's just dirty. Terribly dirty. I went home, opened Revain and started searching. Professional cleaners cost about $100. It's worth a tenth of that amount. What the hell, try it, huh? The worst that can happen is you lose $12, right? We used it last Sunday. It takes more effort to clean than the manufacturer will let on (although a lot of dirt and grime accumulates over a quarter of a century). My sister and I used about 2/3 of the bottle and the tombstone looks amazing. Please note that this is a CLEANER, not a RESTORER. Marble on the outside showing wear and tear in the elements for over 25 years. However, we left with a great sense of accomplishment and pride. A few tips: follow the directions, ie leave the product on for at least a minute each time you apply it; Take a spray bottle of water, a soft brush (like a hand sponge), a roll of paper towels, and a rag (we used the ones you use to wash your car); and bring cotton swabs to clean the inside of the etch (!). And repeat a few times with what my mom called "elbow grease." I recommend this product.
