I ran it on my 1500 watt power station and it used less than 800 watts to boil water in less than 4 minutes. It keeps the temperature for a long time and automatically turns off when the temperature is reached and then turns on again when the temperature drops below the boiling point. It can be folded up compactly for on the go and offers enough water for about three large coffee cups. I chose black because I can leave it in the sun and it naturally heats up on hot summer days as black attracts warmth!
