DO NOT BUY SUBSEQUENT PRODUCTS!

I brought this so I wouldn't have to rent it from my cable company, but when I tried to use it it didn't work even though my cable company listed it as compatible. After speaking to my cable company, they told me that these products are often discounted because they are expired and there is no guarantee that they will work. I have emailed them since the beginning of the year but they have not refunded my money and now they are not responding. DO NOT BUY!
