Review on 🚣 Orange Boating Emergency Telescoping Paddle - Attwood 11828-1, Adjustable 20-inch to 42-inch Length by Jason Epstein

I purchased this paddle and received it a few days before my trip to Lake Powell in late June 2019. Unfortunately we stumbled over a sunken rock on the first day of our trip. In order to be towed back to our houseboat, I had to pull my 24 foot Centurion WakeSurfing boat away from the rocks lest our other boat suffer the same fate. I pulled out this handy little emergency shovel and quickly got us about 50 yards into the safe zone. If you know how to paddle, this little paddle is perfect. Place one hand next to the paddle and the other on top of the handle. This is standard rowing with a small paddle. If you put your lower hand in the middle of the handle, you will quickly fold the handle in half and come back here leaving negative feedback. The handle is not designed for such loads. But if you do it like me, you will have no problem moving forward. Although I plan on never needing this thing again, I'm ordering a second one so I don't have to switch sides as often and get help rowing!
