Update - There was a problem with the wallet, see below. Customer service was excellent. They took care of me and were very responsive. I'm pretty sure the issue I had was just a bug with this particular wallet and not a representation of Polare products in general. Customer service was outstanding. The leather appears to be of good quality but the fabric that is sewn into the leather to hold cards etc is peeling at the stitching. See photo. Bad workmanship, bad fabric or both. I originally bought this for a trip to hold my passport, but I liked it so much I made it my daily wallet. Unfortunately, this wallet is clearly not designed for everyday use. I've had wallets for years and these lasted 2.5 months with light use. I put 2 cards in each slot. Maps were rarely used. I went to the store to get my wallet and all my cards fell on the floor because now it won't hold anything. Really disappointed. Polare, is this normal for your product?
