I've used several different irrigators. While they are very good, they all suffer from some minor issues. Unlike this time. Every time I've used the others, the pipe inside has to be at a certain angle to draw water. This makes it uncomfortable for some teeth. Instead, inside this machine is a tiny ball that collects water from all sides. No more bending. The handle has an anti-slip surface that prevents it from slipping out of your hand. A holdall is included, so that's another plus. As with all products, nothing is perfect. I wish the tank opening was bigger, it was a lot easier to clean! Still, I love it for what it is and recommend it to others.
