Top Easy for Dog to Pry Off

Just as I say in the title, no matter how uncomfortably tight I possibly make this, both of my dogs can peel it off in a matter of seconds.My pups aren't aggressive, just tried to muffle some of the excited barking while on walks, but these were not the answer.

Can be used during visits to the vet or groomer to prevent biting
