I received a set of 20 dice but I ended up with 23 dice. The best thing about this device is that you can stack the cubes in different configurations, so I was able to adjust the top to bypass the light switch that was blocked by moving a cube to a different spot. Finally I have enough space for all my figures and toys. It took a bit of effort to get all the parts assembled correctly, as tightly as possible so everything was even and balanced. The set of 23 cubes took about 1.5 hours to build, definitely worth it and 100% self-assembly.
