I've worked with Ivan for many years now; he's one of my favorite clients - honest professional hard worker always looking out to make sure our needs are met or exceeded! Great communication skills as well so that there aren't any issues along way once we pick up where everyone can agree (and sometimes not even then). Very good at what they do!! They will listen carefully during site visits giving us feedback right away if it looks like their proposal wont work from an ROI point view OR won&rsquo t meet your budget requirements/desires etc.. Sometimes this comes before you know how much time /energy resources required but thats partof doing business these days unfortunately! We had tried other firms over 10 plus yearsthat came closebut when things get too busy &amp ; money gets tight its difficulttoremain loyal wih longterm relationships especiallyif customer expectations cant be fullymet by just delivering more services than were contractedfor!! I had the pleasure of working with the ICG team to design and develop a new system for my company. The team was helpful and creative in developing the system. The team was also very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend the ICG team to anyone looking for a great team to help build their product. The system was designed to meet the needs of my company. The system is a great tool to organize and manage our business.
