Great for relieving anxiety.
I've been suffering from anxiety and insomnia lately so I bought this product to help me relax before bed in hopes of a good nights sleep. And it worked wonders. I used this product with essential oils and slept through the night and woke up refreshed the next day. I usually just use Epsom salts, but I wanted to try something different. And I'm glad I chose this product. Will definitely buy again.
