Sturdy spaetzle pan, perfect for one of my pans. My German wife learned how to cook Italian, so I thought it would be appropriate for this Italian boy to learn how to cook spaetzle and schnitzel. The fair is fair. The frying pan is easy to use, it's easy to cook delicious noodles. At first I found the included scraper to be too thin, but I didn't make the dough thin enough. Following the directions in the recipe, thin the batter until sticky but not too thick. The second time everything worked perfectly.
