Im 5'11 150lbs and a medium was too big for me only because i didnt want it to fit like a shirt but more like a tight tanktop that I could wear under a regular shirt. I exchanged it for a small and It looks just like a tanktop underneath a shirt while im doing some outside work and works great if you want to improve posture while doing some light/medium lifting outside.
