Great docking station and much better value compared to Mini Dock Plus.
Not as feature rich as the ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus I have at work but it was a much cheaper and great solution with USB 3.0 connectivity. If you've spent the money on a quality professional laptop, consider buying docking stations for the places you use them most. I don't have to keep reconnecting peripherals. I've been using both docks for a while now and wish I'd bought them sooner.
