Update: I've had this bag for about a week and now it's showing its true colors. First, the bag isn't made from sustainable materials, instead it's made from nylon, which isn't recyclable and ends up in landfill. Second, after contacting support about their product, they will deny your claims and ignore your messages. Overall bad experience. The bag is halfway decent, but unfortunately the people who make it and their business practices are not. If you're looking to buy one of these bags from a Chinese manufacturer, look for a bag with authoritative and credible reviews that aren't being bought by paying reviewers or using employees to post fake reviews. Terrible experience.
