Terrible packaging - opened immediately
Item received on time. Installing a drain pump for our new home took a long time. Yesterday I opened the box and found that the piece of metal covering the power cord was broken and another piece of protection was crushed to pieces. The device cannot be used in this state. The pump is quite heavy for its size and the only packaging in the box was a small piece of cardboard on top. Whether during storage or shipping, when we opened it our returns window was closed. I'm embarrassed that I didn't prioritize installation within the returns window, but the packaging was terrible and clearly due to damage.
