Beautiful and lightweight, but not the most comfortable

I'll preface this by saying that I am a soft sheet and comforter snob. I love 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton, microfiber, etc. That being said, this felt a bit scratchy to me. Not quite like the really cheap 200 thread count sandpaper stuff, but not the most comfortable either. We've had it for a few weeks and I may change the pillow cases back to a softer thread count. These are 100% cotton and the design itself is beautiful. The quilt is lightweight, but again, not super soft.
