We didn't choose a toaster for the memory set function, but we really like it because our toast always turns brown every time. My husband also likes that the screen shows how much time is left before the toast appears. I took off a star as the slots are smaller than what we're used to and they don't fit our bread as well as some other toasters. We buy bread from a local baker (Beckmann's), which has slightly larger slices than the mass-produced bread from the big companies.
