Insanely sharp on paper and plastic
I've always had trouble slicing steaks, especially when my parents have very worn kitchen knives, so I decided to invest in my own knives. I love this one, it's very sharp and cuts through thick points like butter. This knife makes me feel like salt lol. Another thing to note is that the handle is very grippy and comfortable. Really nice grippy texture. 5 Stars
