Discontinued product purchased, [old stock] not returned [broken]. This one was clearly sent back [re-taped, package barely wrapped] and nobody bothered to check what it was sent back for. I just sent it back with a broken jug. Obviously the carafe broke the first time you bought it as the machine works perfectly. After trying to tell me that I intentionally bought a damaged item, they finally gave me a $10 loan. A new carafe is thirteen dollars plus shipping, for a total of twenty-five dollars. So what I'm really talking about is their business practices. Did I mention it took them three weeks to reply to me? Once they receive your money, you are random. Not true?
