So far this coffee maker is really good! I've been using it every day for a few weeks now. I love all of its features, especially the easy-to-use front water tank and retractable coffee grounds access. I have to say that I placed the coffee pot in an open area with no cabinets because I didn't like how it looked like it was being pulled out to detach the water tank door from the lower cabinet.
