We bought it 4 months ago because I like to actually use the products before testing them. I like this coffee maker very much. I never know when I'll wake up, so I make myself a coffee in the morning instead of programming the machine. I also have a tiny kitchen with limited work space with cabinets above. Raising front-loading means you no longer have to pull the coffee maker out to try to access the side for a removable tray or the back to fill from the top, which often results in things tipping over, spilling and get dirty and sometimes break. Carafe. It's not the best way to start the day if you're not even functional. With this manufacturer, you can install the machine under the cabinets and simply lift the top forward to fill the water. Guta fits in a separate compartment under the water supply so you don't try to dodge the filter when pouring water and getting coffee grounds. I also like the brew options button. The Bold variant drips a little slower to give the base a longer brew for a deeper and richer flavor that I love while still producing a fairly quick brew with an awesome taste. I don't have much experience with programmable features, but I've played around with it and this feature seems as simple and straightforward as anything else on this machine. Highly recommended.
