The hose connection is very low on the ground.
Hose connection is very low to the ground when fitting the coupling into the sewer pipe - if the sewer pipe is pulled up then not that much of a problem, but if the pipe is flat or worse embedded in the ground then the connection of the hose very difficult. My previous version (which broke) was actually raised about 1 inch, but this one isn't.
