The product did not work, the screen did not light up. Purse

I brought this product and after installation the product didn't work and the light didn't come on at all. I asked for a replacement but it sucks because I had to pay to install it and now pay to remove it. The insurance does not cover this. What a waste of time and money. Totally dissatisfied, I hope the replacement works and I'll give feedback when I get it. Now not a happy customer.
