If you use a good brush, the paint will lay down beautifully. This paint loses all meaning if applied with a poor brush. Finally, don't forget the varnish; without it, the paint won't last. Careful varnishing is also required, as too much or too little can ruin the effect. The photo shows the "green yarn" colored curbstone before and after I varnished it. The first coat of varnish I applied was a failure (there was too little varnish in some areas), so I ended up applying a second coat. A pedestal painted "burned brick" is seen in the background of the photo; when the varnish was applied, there was only one remaining can.
