I own a brand new Samsung Galaxy with an i7 processor. You need a hub that supports an external monitor (HDMI) and a couple of USB ports. It connects my external monitor with no problems, but when I plug in USB sticks or even a mouse/keyboard combo receiver, it doesn't work. I've read other reviews and thought it might be because of how old/new the laptop is, but then again I have an 11th gen Intel Core i7 processor which I bought a month ago so I'm pretty sure that there is a problem with the product and not the product. my laptop
