My experience with the OSTWIN online store was really unsatisfactory, and I can say this as someone who shops online quite frequently and also manages products. Their claim that they offer products of superior quality at costs that are reasonable is a complete and utter fabrication. The things I ordered were of a poor quality, and some of them even arrived broken. As a result of the poor and unresponsive nature of the customer service, I was forced to resolve the difficulties on my own. The layout of the website is not only antiquated but also confused, making it extremely difficult to browse. Anyone searching for dependable service and high-quality goods should go elsewhere than the OSTWIN online store in my opinion. It is a totally pointless expenditure of both time and money.
