The machine was assembled, checked in the room, everything works. But the trouble began when we went out into the street . No remote control. The car drives off by 2-3 meters and the connection between the remote control and the car is interrupted. You have to constantly go close to the car so that it reacts to the remote control. I changed the batteries in the remote 3 times, 3 different manufacturers, the batteries are new. The problem didn't go away. The machine is fully charged, the charge indicator is full. Of course, it’s impossible to use the car like that because I need a remote control, the child still doesn’t quite understand how to drive the car on his own. As a result, I immediately called the store where the package came from, the manager answered, advised me to do some actions (turn it on, turn it off, change the batteries in the remote control, which I already changed 3 times) and that's it. Then he asked to film everything on video and send it to the store's Whatsapp. I did everything as he said, shot a detailed video for almost 5 minutes, recorded a voice message, wrote the , etc. contact. No one contacted me that day, so I dismantled the machine, tried to pack it as it was packed, issued a refund and took it to the aliexpress pickup point on the same day. But today they really called me back from the store, the guys are adequate, well done, they talked, they understood each other. Of course, both the child and I were upset. I was hoping that the guys would just offer me to replace the machine, but unfortunately they called back very late. Most likely this is just a factory marriage, and we were just unlucky (( If you don’t need a remote control and the child controls the car himself, then this will not be a problem for you, but of course I would like everything to be in order and work as it should.
