The name of this product is misleading, it clearly says "felt for wheels and tires for wheels" leading me to believe it is a combination of felt and tires as shown in the photos. It's just felt for the wheels. In fact, if you go to the separate product listing for the actual tires, it says "tires". I would advise the manufacturer to amend the listing to say that this is just felt for the wheels and definitely does not come with covers. The product itself is very beautiful, these are not just covers made of thin felt with stitching along the outer edge. They are heavy and very well filled. I wanted to return them but they are so good that I will order real hubcaps and use the station wagon. It would also be great if there was a combination pack with felts and covers (like I imagined here).
