I was disappointed in XINBAOHONG's unreliable customer service.

The selection of goods offered by XINBAOHONG's online store, including those for the home and kitchen, safety and security, and flashlights, originally impressed me. I have been incredibly disappointed with their customer care, though. A few weeks after placing my order for a set of kitchen utensils, I got an email informing me that my order had been canceled because of a system error. Despite my frustration, I chose to give them another opportunity and placed a second order. But it took even longer for the second order to come, and when it did, I discovered that one of the serving pieces was gone. To my dismay, when I contacted XINBAOHONG's customer support to fix the problem, I was met with unreachable and unhelpful representatives. I eventually got a response from them after making several efforts to reach them via their website and social media platforms, but it was only to say that they couldn't replace the missing utensil. To make matters worse, my attempt to leave an evaluation of my encounter on their website was rejected and never published. As a result of this lack of accountability and transparency, I feel cheated and mistreated as a client. Overall, because of their unreliable customer service and lack of attention to their customers' needs, I am unable to suggest the XINBAOHONG online store.
