The ability to create new contract templates is very useful as well having access rights set up in advance of creating an agreement makes life much simpler than trying figure out who can do what once you have signed off your document! It's not always obvious which user has permission so we often end-up retyping agreements rather then just clicking through them without checking permissions first - this would be great if there was some way that could flag users when they don't currently hold certain roles or privileges within their own account but I'm sure these features will come at sometime soon? We use conga extensively throughout our business; from managing service level Agreements (SLAs) right down until signing documents like NDIs etc.
