I've bought several sharpeners over the years but ended up throwing them away because they just didn't give the results I wanted. Many of them are just too complex to find the right angles. It's very simple, I've put a bunch of my knives through it, first to sharpen (knife faces down), then to enhance the edge (knife faces up) and finally to sharpen and polish the blade (knife flat) and wow. Simply great results. Some of the damaged blades that didn't cut took less than three minutes to fix and are now back in like new condition and ready to use. Inexpensive, small and pure genius.
