As an avid fish pond enthusiast, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to order this Microbe-Lift fish keeper/water conditioner. About 25 years ago I built a 600 gallon pond that I still enjoy to this day. Koi, shubunkin, large goldfish, snails, frogs and various aquatic plants live in the pond. Having owned this pond for over two decades I have dealt with literally every problem and/or crisis a pond owner can face. If you also have a fish pond, you probably know that trying to keep everything alive and thriving can be frustrating work or love. I think the worst experience I have ever had with my pond was having some off the shelf chemicals added to treat a condition that was threatening the fish. These chemicals were advertised and "guaranteed" that they would not harm the fish. Needless to say, the day after I added the chemicals, half my fish died. So I am EXTREMELY doubtful about what goes into my pond. I live in the Northern United States and as you can imagine all of my fish are currently wintering under the ice. Therefore, as I also mention in the attached video, I can only put this product in my pond when the water temperature is above 50 degrees, which will probably be the case in April. This, coupled with the fact that their products have such a long shelf life, puts Microbe-Lift products light years ahead of other products on the market. Based on everything I've found I'm pretty sure this product will only help my fish as they transition from winter to spring. As an added bonus, the Microbe-Lift includes a nice measuring cap, as you can see in the photos accompanying this review.
