What happened to Lansky?

Lansky should have named this Super Craptastulastic Fail Rock Supreme. It's not flat. It is convex on the honed side and concave on the side glued to the plastic guide. How should I know because the glue didn't match when the stone was first used. The stone just fell off. At first I thought I was imagining my knife getting less sharp after being sharpened with this thing; verified that I am in the correct slot on the guide and that the stripe is correct. Then I noticed that the grinding surface is not flat. I have had a Lansky five stone sharpening set for many years and have never had a problem with the material/quality of any of the components. Bought hoping it would be a worthy addition to the set. Now I feel like Ralphie after decoding his first message from Little Orphan Annie.
