This was a great value purchase. It looked like new as there were no scratches or other imperfections on the case. The touchscreen doesn't respond the way I'd like, but it takes some getting used to. The battery lasts a long time, even with many hours of use, it holds a charge very well. It has 2 USB-C ports, a mini SD port, a headphone jack and only 1 regular USB port. It's heavy compared to my Acer Chromebook I've had before, but the screen size is slightly larger. I still think he might be lighter than he is. In general I am very satisfied.
