I like that they have a wide range of features, which allows you to create bots for many different use cases. Their support is very helpful and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have. I wish there were more training options available, but this is just an issue with all AI providers. We've been able to use ShoutOUT's AI capabilities for our customer service department. The benefits we're seeing are that our customers can now reach out to us via SMS or WhatsApp, without needing to call! This has helped us immensely in terms of time savings!
