I am not at all satisfied with this product. It has three issues that make it not work like my old one that I've had for over 10 years. First, the pressure across the wiper is unevenly distributed so instead of cleaning every 18 inches, only the middle 6 inches actually put enough pressure on the wiper to touch the floor and clean that area. Second, taking off and putting on a detachable mop is a nightmare. Usually you push a button and the mop folds up and the pad comes off easily and stays on the floor. Not with this one, the mop pad is so tight and the design is so bad that every time you have to press the button with your hand and pry the mop head off the mop it's just a pain in the neck. back to continue cleaning. Third, the point where the bottom two mop handles attach is loose and requires you to try and tighten at least 5 times with slippery, soapy hands. Disappointment today wasn't worth the savings.
