So well made, easy to use and clean! I'm keto and make my own bulletproof coffee every morning. It has variable speed or instant turbo, but because it's so powerful it wants to suck the mixer into the bottom of a large stainless steel mixing bowl. I've found that if you attach the top of the stick to the top of the mug, the base of the stick keeps the blender from falling and blends better. Don't forget to release the spring-loaded power button before lifting the blender to better mix your drink or you'll end up with a mess on your hands. ;) It comes apart with a simple twist, but if you put some soap in the container you just mixed and repeat the process, you should be able to clean both the wand and the container.
