It has helped me in managing my customer support team with ease of use, it's very flexible, easy to train new agents and integrate into existing systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for example.
I have not found anything which needs improvement but if you are looking at just having an AI enabled messaging bot then this would be your best option out there now! The only thing i dislike about zoe is its pricing structure - they charge per agent instead of per message sent so more than one user will cost much higher compared to other bots available like telegram etc. This helps us keep track of our customers' messages easily without any hassle.
