During this pandemic year of remote work I found me sitting too much at my table again. It affected how my body felt clumsy and numb. My husband has a manual standing desk and has recommended that I get up more often to improve circulation and posture. I said no because I knew I would be too lazy to direct it. Then he found me this table! Although it took some time, it was easy to put together. I have 2 out of 3 presets: 1 for my ideal sitting height, 1 for standing height. During the day I often switch between sitting and standing, all at the push of a button!
