I bought this to light up my 3D printer's build bed and workspace as shown in the picture. I tried several other methods and just couldn't get the amount of coverage I needed. This light bar as a whole illuminates everything, even from different angles. In addition, it is light enough to be mounted directly on the portal frame. I ended up designing a lightweight Ender 3 LED work light mount specifically for this light and posting it on Thingiverse. He even refers to this lamp model in the list. There's also the added benefit of choosing a temperature (color in Kelvin, not thermo). I usually keep it in the middle, but when I go to bed I turn it up warmer and turn the brightness down. If I want to see details, I briefly switch to cold. I have been using this light for almost 10 months and it has been perfect. It's stable, doesn't flicker or modulate, nice and bright, doesn't get hot, uses almost no power, and doesn't move all the time as I haven't had to adjust it and it doesn't. he slipped or kept moving.
