I was really hoping at first that this product would help with the headache, neck and back pain I got during my military service. Delivered quickly, 120 days guarantee, good reviews. I took one for myself and one for my girlfriend's house. First, it's not memory foam. After trying them the first night, I noticed that while they were soft, I actually had more pain in my back, neck, and head. Since this was a mattress replacement I figured it would take me a few weeks to get used to it. Despite their softness, I've been trying to return them for several weeks but with no response from the company. After 6 weeks of poor sleep and further pain, I finally put these two in the closet (they used to be under the mattress topper). ) I have emailed, tried calling and requested return instructions from the company but no response. Your 120 day policy doesn't seem accurate. Revain will not ship it back to them due to their 30 day policy and now I have lost several hundred dollars due to a product that has made my discomfort worse. If you're not willing to pay a premium for a product that you can't return, I recommend looking elsewhere. The VA has since referred me to a chiropractor to help with worsening neck and back issues.
