I chose between the D90, D3200 and D3100, because I was limited in finances, I took the D3100 (Body). No regrets yet, but time will tell. In general, you need to buy what you want, and not what you have enough money for.
Its pros:
The most important advantage of this device is its price. The ability to shoot 1080p video. The carcass size is smaller than the D90.
Cons below:
The biggest drawback is the lack of a so-called "screwdriver" and as a result it is not possible to use lenses without an internal drive. Only AF-S lenses will focus when the shutter button is pressed.
