My 2014 MacBook Pro would occasionally make a rattling noise and overheat. I replaced the top left fan with this Padarsey replacement and my MacBook Pro now runs cool. In addition, there is no more "rattling noise". The fan kit I bought is called "Padarsey Replacement Left and Right CPU Fans for 15" Apple MacBook Pro A1398". If you look at the attached picture, you can see that the manufacturer name of the replacement fan the same as the original fan that was in my macbook pro it was the perfect replacement!
