DON'T SPEND MONEY
This holder looks well made at first glance and holds the iPad without any problems. However, it is a bit wobbly when assembled. Worst of all, if you have a case (or any) on your iPad (almost everyone has some kind of case to protect it), it won't fit securely. simply because the fingers meant to hold the iPad are too short for anything other than a caseless iPad, and even then it's not very secure.
