It is so important!

They were given to me in exchange for a review. I have never tried blue light glasses and wow! They make a huge difference in reducing eye strain. I wear them when I'm not wearing regular glasses and they help a lot. I love the style - they are lightweight and don't irritate my face at all when wearing them. This is excellent quality.
