The benefits of it include: The chair is comfortable, the pillows assist in maintaining proper posture, and the rocking motion assists in relaxation. Having this drawback: After two weeks of use, the build quality starts to degrade, and they start to knock, creak, and stagger. However, this is not a serious issue.
