Review on Ultimate Relaxation: Body Back Mini Neck and Shoulder Massager Unveiled by David Burrell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

agony and ecstasy!

I had chronic pain in either the Rhomboid Minor, Serratus Posterior Superior, or Rhomboid Major. There was a tension that just wouldn't let go. It got so bad it hurt to turn away. For several weeks I tried self-massage, machine massage, warm-up exercises and real massage, but the only time it felt normal was in the middle of a workout when my whole back was nice and warm. I picked it up on a whim, poked around for about 5 minutes until I found the sweet spot, and then really dug into that "sharp" point. Ouch! agony and ecstasy! I don't know if one person can do the same job unless a good sharp joint is used AND it is used in a precise, perfect location. In any case, I felt a huge difference after a few 10 minute sessions the same day. I've developed a wonderful technique that works wonders: find a point, pull hard and hold for 10 seconds, release about 5 seconds, repeat 6 times. Then, with a moderate effort, pull and bounce in place (remember those kettlebells? [Product ID: B00C2E1SH6] that move like this) for 60 seconds. From time to time this spot tightens up again and after 2 minutes I recovered and went back to work. Product Size: I'm 6ft 185lbs and it barely reaches this point. People much taller than me will probably need a larger version to get that far on the back. I have an obese friend who is about 5'3" and front to back about twice the width of my shoulders and chest and she can reach the same spot on her lats. I tried it on my neck. and some other muscles that hurt but I don't like it for anything else. For me it has become a specialized tool that fits PERFECTLY in its niche.
