I received a real tan buddha bracelet as pictured. I wanted to add an extra gold bracelet (but didn't want to pay $125 for a set of 9) so I ordered this set and only added one. I love the look and I don't think you can tell unless you look closely. It definitely has more shine than the real ones, but it holds up in the pool just as well as the real ones! It's also a bit thinner than the real ones.
